These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Commercial & Industrial Operations L.L.C. (“COMINDUST”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at comindust.com (the “Site”).
“COMINDUST” refers to one or more of Commercial & Industrial Operations L.L.C. (“CIOP”, also known as “COMINDUST Global”), its global network of member firms, and their related entities (collectively, the “COMINDUST organization”). CIOP and each member firm and related entity are legally separate and independent entities, which cannot obligate or bind each other in respect of third parties, and are liable only for their own acts and omissions, and not those of each other. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

You may not use any COMINDUST name or logo in promotional materials.
